What this site collects, and why

Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are read, for how long, roughly where from (city level) and on what kind of device. It tells us which pages are useful. It does not tell us who you are.
Recognising you when you arrive from our emails
Links in our emails carry a coded reference to your contact record — not your email address or name. When you click one, this site keeps that reference in a cookie on your browser, so our team can see which pages you read on later visits and follow up on what is relevant to you. The reference is removed from the address bar as the page loads, so a link you copy or forward does not carry it.
- Choose No thanks on the cookie notice and this site stops recognising you on that browser and removes the cookie.
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we never recognise you.
- Clearing your cookies also removes it.
Forms
When you ask for a walkthrough, we keep what you enter so we can reply and prepare. We use it to talk to you about Nivio and nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that run this site and our email (Google Analytics, Cloudflare, Zoho).
Questions or deletion
Email sales@niviolab.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, or use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
